His core expertise spans multinational portfolio governance, scalable process optimization, and the integration of advanced technologies—including AI-driven operational tools—to maximize efficiency and quality. As Global Head of Project Management and Clinical Monitoring at Clarenta, he oversees international clinical delivery across Europe and beyond, steering operational integration, resource management, and strategic partnerships. Richard Mills, Head of Commercial Operations, has 30 years of commercial leadership experience in global clinical research within small, mid-size and large CROs. Based in the UK, Richard provides executive commercial oversight for global clinical development programs, ensuring realistic delivery strategies, competitive commercial solutions, and close collaboration between operational and commercial teams. At Clarenta, he is responsible for the company’s Proposal, Contract, Pricing and Change Order Strategy and development teams.

Pavel Mitrenga, Head of Quality and Compliance, leads Clarenta’s quality and compliance framework across the organisation. He oversees the systems and processes that support regulatory compliance, inspection readiness and consistent delivery. At Clarenta, he works closely with operational teams to embed quality into everyday decision-making and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Evelina Naydenova, CPU Project Management Team Lead, has nearly seven years of experience in clinical research, specialising in early-phase trials. Having progressed from Research Assistant to Project Manager and Team Lead, she brings a detailed understanding of unit operations and study delivery. Evelina leads the local project management team, coordinating resources, risks and cross-functional activities to keep complex studies aligned with regulatory requirements, timelines and budgets.
